As small businesses grow, a common hurdle business owners must overcome is the limited time and resources they have, along the need to be able to handle all of the facets of their small business. In order to help our tenants grow, we offer admin assistant services on an as-needed or continuous basis. Small business owners that work from home, those who are occasional coworkers and those who have private executive office suites all have access to our administrative assistant services at a rate of $15.00 per hour of services provided, including:
- Data Entry: inputting information on Excel or Google documents
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): adding information to your CRM software with business cards, emails, etc.
- Billing: create invoices for clients & send accounts receivable reminders by written communication.
- Transcription: transcribe communication by voice or voicemail messages.
- Light bookkeeping & invoice reconciliation
- Copies: make black & white or color copies and staple documents
- Provide basic customer support for your clients.
- Manage and renew business licenses
- Handle basic HR duties, including new employee paperwork
- Respond to important emails and notifying you of urgent tasks
- Perform basic research for projects
- Some graphic design projects such as creating flyers & business cards
- Social Media Marketing: Posting on Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn regularly to help your business gain exposure
- Set up meetings on your behalf by email communication
- Answering service & Appointment Booking
